Small Group Personal Training is at the heart of what we do. Our facility has been designed from the ground up to accommodate small group training, from the equipment we have chosen, to the layout, to the program design – there has been no guess work here.

Small group training has many benefits and you can get all the benefits of personal training at a much reduced rate with SSP. The benefits of small group training are also enormous:

  • You are more likely to attend when you come to classes – scientifically proven!
  • You are more likely to stick at it in the long term
  • You will have all your sessions coached and you will be taught to have great technique
  • You will gain confidence in your training

Sports Massage

Muscles might be the richest benefactors of a massage, but, most people report a feeling of pure relaxation, reduced anxiety, enhanced attentiveness, and improved mood following a massage. Athletes may find an edge in these psychological benefits, making massage benefits two fold – mental and physical!

Youth Strength & Conditioning

Designed for 13-18 year olds to improve sport performance and general health (membership is £40 per month and session takes place every Wednesday at 5pm with more time tbc)

Nutrition & Assessments

We are delighted to now offer Nutrition Coaching with, in our opinion one of the best in the UK, Richard Tucker. Coaching in this area is one of the most underutilised strategies for fat loss/athletic performance/rehab and this service is far more than just a meal plan from your local PT..

Personal Training

There are a number of different Personal Training packages and we can tailor them to suit individual needs and budgets. All packages include an initial consultation to establish the clients goals, weekly schedule and injury history, an individualised program is then drawn up by your assigned coach  before the program starts.

Get Strong

Build strength with a variable and progressive training program, all of our coached sessions are on a 3:1 (small group) or 1:1 (private) basis ensuring every lift is carried out with perfect technique, this maximises results and gets the most out of each session. All sessions are pre-planned and the training programs are progressed so you can see results and measure the success your making.

Get Fit

High-Intensity Interval Training, these small group sessions are all about cardio. The classes are only 30Mins but we make every minute count. We use 2 rowers, 2 Ski Ergs and 2 assault bikes to raise your heart rate & burn a serious amount of calories, using heart rate monitors linked to a TV you will be able to keep track of your heart rate throughout the session.

Absolutely love this place. Found it a couple of weeks ago by chance. Went and had a chat with Dan and realised this was the right place to workout rather than just join the traditional gym where they show you the machines and leave you to it.
