Personal Training

Personal Training is a bespoke service for those looking for one to one attention and more individualised programming than our Small Group Training.

We believe our personal training offers genuine value for money with the best coaches in the area.

There are a number of different Personal Training packages and we can tailor them to suit individual needs and budgets. All packages include an initial consultation to establish the clients goals, weekly schedule and injury history, an individualised program is then drawn up by your assigned coach  before the program starts.

3 month minimum commitment with a 1 month notice cancellation period.
